I love you with my heart, with my soul, with every fibre of my entire being. How are you feeling right now, beautiful soul?
So, I want to take a moment with you to just be, to drop down into the magic of the heart space, to be centred and still in the is-ness of the Divine spark, that diamond light in the centre of your chest.
Sometimes in life we do far too much, and we get caught up in the hamster wheel going around and around rushing here, rushing there. So right now, let’s just be the love that we are. Take some nice long deep breaths and just be in this space with me. Breathe into your belly, breathe in through your nose, all the way down to the pit of your stomach and back, slow breathing and being. As you breathe and as you be settling into this space, melt into this moment. Know that you are amazing, extraordinary, magical, potent, and powerful, kind, and compassionate, soft, and gentle, and fierce and ferocious. Breathe into your body deeper and longer and slower. Melt into this moment.
Be here now and as you’re breathing into your body, the home of your soul in this reality, you’ll become aware of a rose quartz and electric crystalline diamond light flowing in through the walls down through the ceiling up through the floor. This powerful rose quartz and electric crystalline diamond light flows towards your physical body and starts to swell around the outside of you in an inner clockwise direction over your head, underneath your feet, around your chest, around your back, swirling, getting brighter and stronger, and as it swirls around the outside of your body like a powerful rose quartz and electric crystalline diamond tornado, you start to breathe this frequency in.
You breathe it in through your nose up into your mind. It flows into your left brain, into your right brain. It flows around the outside of your skull down through your head, your face, your neck, your throat, through your shoulders, your chest and back. It flows through your spinal column, middle back, lower back, into your buttocks through your heart, your lungs, your rib cage, down through every vital organ, through your hips, your groin.
It swirls through your thighs and your hamstrings down through your knees, your calves, past your shins into your ankles, through your feet all the way to the tips of your toes. It moves through your shoulders, down your arms through your elbows, your forearms, your wrists, into your hands, fingers, and thumbs. Continue to breathe in this powerful light in until the inside of your body is completely full, from the top of your head to the tips of your toes, from the tips of your fingers and thumbs to your crown.
Once the inside of your body is completely full in your mind say thank you and keep breathing. This light flows through every cell, every atom, every molecule, every fibre of your entire being, your cells they dance and smile communicating with each other like one big happy family. Your heart expands and expands, and expands, filling up your chest, expanding out past the boundaries of your physical body and into the space as the light from your own soul illuminates your environment and the love from your own magical mystical heart flows and dances freely 360 degrees in all directions.
As you vibrate in this space bring your awareness into your chest, into your heart, and feel the love, that diamond light in your heart. Let It grow and expand until that diamond light becomes a flame and that flame burns through your body and grows, and glows, and expands out past the boundaries of your physicalness and into the space until this diamond flame, this diamond fire, burns around the outside of your body. This diamond flame is love. Be here in the stillness, be here in the is-ness, be here in the vibration of your own love energy.
Feel the love in your heart, feel the love in my heart, and realize this love is the same. Oneness, bless, unity. Allow this flame to restore you, to rejuvenate, to revitalize you, on every single level mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Be in this space and allow the love to flow out from you and into you and all around you.
Bathe in your own Magic. Let the light flow t’s an infinite supply. Don’t try and control it. just be it, allow as it nurtures your mind, your body, and your soul. Feel your heart opening wider, the space inside of you expanding, the space around you expanding. As you enter the stillness, a state of creation, a state of manifestation, be the frequency, experience the clarity, feel the love in every cell in your body.
Connect to this energy daily, let it become a part of your life as the love grows and expands permeating all your environment reminding you that you and your environment are one of the same, and as you vibrate be, breathe, feel. You start to become aware of your physical body, the vibration in your bones, the tingle in your cells, the frequency in every muscle. We’re going to count from five back to zero. when we get to zero open your eyes, come back into this space and just be. Take your time, there’s no hurry. Five, four, three, two, one, zero. Whenever you’re ready open your eyes, come back into this space and just be. Or, if you want to keep your eyes closed and bathe in this frequency then do so. You are amazing, beautiful soul. I love you as my sister or my brother. We’re a family on this planet.
I recommend you come back and listen to this every day for 33 days. Trust the process. You will go deeper into this space and connect deeper into this diamond fire, and it will start to shift your perspective, your reality, your energy. Your life will never be the same. All you must do is trust the process. Feel it. Your heart knows the way, your heart knows the truth, your heart is your life compass.
