Hey there, Beautiful Soul. How are you feeling? This is a meditation to help you radiate positive energy and bring yourself into alignment. A coherent feel so it’s easy to manifest. This is a 20-minute meditation.
I invite you into this space and wherever you are on this magical planet, close your eyes and just be in this space with me. Close your eyes and breathe into your body. Breathe in through your nose down to the pits of your stomach and back out slowly and feel your body. Just be and allow yourself to breathe. Bring your awareness into the centre of your chest. Rest your awareness in the centre of your heart and continue to breathe deeper and longer and slower. Feel your body. Your powerful, magical body and as you breathe in and out of this powerful, magical body with your awareness and your attention resting in the centre of your chest, that heart, that magical, beautiful, compassionate heart feel your body in this space all around.
And as you breathe, deeper and longer and slower become aware that everything is slowing down. Feel that sense of peace in your body and around your body. And as you breathe in and out, follow that breath in and out of your body and as you continue to breathe with your awareness in this centre of your chest, you start to become aware of this space, the space in your heart, the space around your body, and the space in the centre of your chest is expanding. Expanding through your chest and out past the boundaries of your physical body and into this space is this space in your heart merges with this space around your body.
Be here now in this moment, because it’s this moment where you can have the opportunity to create change. You cannot create this change in the past. You cannot create this change in the future. But right here, right now, you can change everything. Feel this is the love, the kindness, the beauty, the magic in your own heart radiates positive energy into the field around you. As you radiate this positive energy into the field around your physical body, the field allows this positive frequency to flow 360 degrees in all directions and through the cosmic fabric, your positive radiant field is communicating with the universe.
As you feel the light, the love, the positive energy, illuminating your environment, this infinite storehouse of wonder, freedom, sovereignty. This beautiful cosmic energy that is flowing out from your infinite centre in the centre of your chest is creating this incredible magnetizing pull. The whole world and the universe beyond are responding to your energy. As you breathe deeper and longer and slower feel the gratitude and the appreciation vibrating in every cell of your body. Your cells are like a great big family vibrating together, jumping up and down, smiling, laughing, dancing, and playing as the joy, the compassion, the excitement.
That right now you are taking control and creating a powerful wave of energy that is expanding your consciousness, raising your vibration, and catalysing a huge change as this positive energy radiates out from your centre and through the field, the field starts to communicate with your heart, with your mind, your body, your soul, bringing opportunities to divinely instigate and divinely orchestrate into your life.
The universe is reminding you that you can create any, and all you must do is to be on this vibration. Just be in this space as your heart opens and blossoms and blooms like a thousand petal diamond lotus flower energy, the most powerful measurable force in the entire universe is flowing out from your chest, love, pure divine love. It’s what you are at the core of your being. Feel the universe hugging you and loving you back as you give so shall you receive as you breathe and radiate and allow the instrument of truth you the physical being in the space, exuberating your own mystical essence.
Feel the energy of kindness, feel the energy of joy every waking second on this magical green and blue ball that we call home is a blessing. There is magic in a flower, wisdom in a tree, feel your heart expanding Beautiful Soul as this light radiates out past your body through the empty, the very rich space within this empty but very rich space contains the building blocks of the entire universe.
The geometrical code. It flows through you; it helps create you. You are a manifestation of the divine. Just be in this space as your heart expands and expands and expands your attention. You’re aware, expanding with the light, with the energy, with the positive radiance. Your heart is like the sun exuberating so much energy and as the light from your own sun, your magical heart in the centre of your chest lights up and feeds the world so shall the world feed you and nourish and love you.
You are amazing feel this, know this with every fibre of your being and as you vibrate in this space you become aware of this large gold sphere, 18 meters in diameter, vibrating around your physical body, wherever you walk from this point forward, wherever you move, wherever you travel, this golden sphere will be with you radiating out that positive frequency that flows from this centre of your own universe, your own heart, and wherever you are right now, start to become aware of your physical body, the vibration in your bones, the tingle in your cells, the frequency in every muscle we are going to count from five back to zero when we get to zero.
Open your eyes. Come back into this space and just take your time, there’s no hurry. Five, four 3, 2, 1 zero. Whenever you’re ready, open your eyes. Come back into this space and just take your time. There’s no hurry Just be in this space. Feel the energy, feel your body. Feel that radiant magic emanating from your own soul signature you are powerful.
I recommend you come back and do this meditation every day 24/7, 365, and then just revisit it whenever you need a boost, whenever you need a top up and as long as you maintain this frequency, the whole universe will be at your disposal, creating an amazing relationship, a healthy body, becoming successful in all facets of life is easy when you’re on this frequency, because this frequency radiates a code and that code is like a key that will unlock any door.
Freedom and Sovereignty are at your disposal. You are an amazing, beautiful soul. Go out into this world and love your sisters and your brothers. Hug them tightly and never be the first to let go. You love them fiercely and ferociously, and I will see you again real soon.
