Duality and Oneness
I remember many times and that life felt flat or ‘dead’ and I experienced much pain and suffering due to perceiving myself as separate to the experiences or objects in my life. I was not connected because I was brought up to believe in physical reality as reality and separate to the mind. This is the rational and scientific point of view illustrated by the likes of Isaac Newton and Charles Darwin. Now looking back and re-entering memories of my past I feel different things now and have different levels of perception. Other internal realities emerge that clearly indicate oneness with all that is even if I missed this when younger. Now I connect with the energy that runs through my soul which is the oneness of the universal zero-point field. This lets me experience things from multiple points of view and play with my emotions and thoughts to produce a coherent experience and expression of reality where the physical interpretation is one of many perspectives.
For example, when crossing a road my energy connects with the sights, sounds, smells, tastes, and feelings and I let myself feel extended many metres to reach the end of the roads in all 4 directions. Then I look back at myself from an expanded point of view and feel a bubble of energy from the birdsong in the trees all around me, and feel the wind becoming it, the sun and being one with the star, and feeling the suffering and elation of one or many creatures in the cast interplay of life that exists in the past, present and future. Thus I feel the oneness of the natural and human worlds in space and time through extension of the observing mind.
Boundless Free Imagination
Imagination has no bounds. Life has no bounds if I don’t limit it to a 3-dimensional body in a limited perceptual reality. This is the so called external reality that appears so rigid and solid and which is adopted without question as normal and acceptable by many in society. Now is now and the past is the past and the future is the future. In actuality there is only the present and there is only energy morphing from one form into another. Ideas flow like liquid and the mind is at many places at once in this universe and beyond.
Imagine being in total flow with everything in the world. There is the beauty and harmony of nature and all creatures on the face of the planet. It is also the world itself and the pain that is being inflicted every time an animal is killed for sport, a bomb goes off for no reason other than to kill others, or natural jungle is burnt down for the advanced of concrete jungle. Feel, see, hear, touch, taste and smell the agony and ecstasy of being one with the world today. Then imagination leads to knowing, understanding, love and compassion of the interplay between rational duality and the intuitive insight of oneness (non-duality).
Picking up Energies
I pick up the energetic vibrations from everyone and everything around me as well as my own internal thoughts and emotions. I go into my heart and let my brain go on holiday. Not thinking is good and focused though works wonders through wisdom. My inner guidance allows me to feel what is right at a particular moment and then play around with what I see and feel.
I am at the centre of my universe connecting with the universes of every living atom and living being on this world and beyond in all dimensions of space, time and mind. I may not feel or know it but every atom of every cell in my body is entangled with everything else at some level. Energies interact, like attracts like, and differences repel.
