Vitality – Green Juice!

INGREDIENTS:

  • Two whole conference pears
  • 1/2 of a whole cucumber
  • 1/4 of a medium parsnip
  • 1/4 of a lime
  • One large handful of spinach
  • Two springs of fresh mint

METHOD:

  • I always recommend using a whole fruit
    centrifugal juicer
  • Place one of your pears into the juicer but don’t turn it on yet
  • Pack into your juicer on top of that pear your
    spinach, lime, parsnip and mint, then place
    the other pear on top of it
  • Turn your juicer on
  • Wait 30 seconds for it to get to max speed
    (this just makes sure you are getting
    maximum juice out of your produce)
  • Push this through and follow it then with your
    cucumber
  • Switch your juicer off and wait for the juice to
    stop dripping
  • Serve over ice if you like your juice chilled

And never forget the number one rule
You have to clean your juicer before you are
allowed to enjoy your juice ;-)
