Smoked Hummus
Enjoy this creamy hummus with a simple salad for a quick easy lunch

Total Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 can (15oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 4 tbsp tahini
- 1 or 2 garlic cloves /1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp roasted pine nuts
- Dash of olive oil
- Dash of liquid smoke (optional)
- Pinch himalayan salt, or to taste
- Pinch of pepper
Method:
- Add the chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon, cumin, roasted pine nuts and salt to the bowl of a food
processor. - Blend until smooth, about 3 – 4 minutes, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed. Add
oil/water to help cream. - Taste for flavoUr, adding anything else it might need. More salt, lemon, garlic or tahini?
