Red Mojo Sauce

This is great as a dip

Total Time: 10 minutes

 

Ingredients: 

  • 150 g (about 2 medium size) roasted red bell peppers
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1⁄2 tablespoon of smoked paprika
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 100 g (3/4 cup) of raw almonds
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

 

Method:

    • Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender until completely smooth. Taste the mixture and adjust the salt to your liking.
