Red Mojo Sauce
This is great as a dip

Total Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 150 g (about 2 medium size) roasted red bell peppers
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1⁄2 tablespoon of smoked paprika
- 1⁄4 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 100 g (3/4 cup) of raw almonds
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Method:
- Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender until completely smooth. Taste the mixture and adjust the salt to your liking.
