PEANUT BUTTER SMOOTHIE 250ML

INGREDIENTS:

Makes a 250ml smoothie:
  • 15g whole cashews
  • 1/2 a banana 50g
  • 40g peanut butter
  • 150ml coconut milk
  • 10g dates
  • vanilla pod 1/2 (or 2 drops of organic vanilla essence)
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds 5g

METHOD:

  • Place all of your ingredients together staight into the blender (high speed one if possible)
  • Blend it all for around 30seconds-1minute depending on the power of your blender.
  • And serve, with ice if you want too
