PEANUT BUTTER SMOOTHIE 250ML
INGREDIENTS:
Makes a 250ml smoothie:
- 15g whole cashews
- 1/2 a banana 50g
- 40g peanut butter
- 150ml coconut milk
- 10g dates
- vanilla pod 1/2 (or 2 drops of organic vanilla essence)
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds 5g
METHOD:
- Place all of your ingredients together staight into the blender (high speed one if possible)
- Blend it all for around 30seconds-1minute depending on the power of your blender.
- And serve, with ice if you want too
