Mix berry and oat smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

Makes 6 small glasses for normal portion:

  • 100g Bananas-fresh (1 whole)
  • 250g Strawberries – fresh (MIXED FROZEN BERRIES)
  • 90g Oats-dried rolled (Gluten free if needed)
  • 0.25 Lemon on each glass – fresh
  • 4g Apples – fresh
  • 500ml Milk – almond

METHOD:

  • Juice the 4 apples and the lemon
  • Place in the blender with the banana, berries, oats and almond milk
  • Blend for two minutes on full speed
  • Serve between 6 normal portions
