Massaged Kale Salad

INGREDIENTS:

Makes 4 Portions:
  • 200g of curly green kale
  • 10ml of any plant based oil (ei. avocado oil, flaxseed oil)
  • 5g of pink salt (fine)
  • 10ml of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 100g sunflower seed
  • 20 cherry tomatoes

METHOD:

  • Remove all the stems from your curly kale
  • Place into a big mixing bowl
  • Dress with your oil, vinegar, finely diced garlic and salt
  • Get your hands into the mixing bowl and massage your kale for around ten minutes or
    until it starts to wilt and become soft
  • Place kale into 4 bowls
  • Half your cherry tomatoes and place over your salad
  • Sprinkle sunflower seeds over the top
