Marinated Mushrooms
INGREDIENTS:
This recipe makes 1 Serving
- 5 mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon raw soy sauce (nama shoyu)
METHOD:
- Slice mushrooms.
- Place sliced mushrooms into a wide, shallow bowl (or a plate with a deep lip).
- Pour the oil and soy sauce over the mushrooms.
- Gently stir mushrooms until lightly but thoroughly coated in oil and soy sauce.
- Let mushrooms sit for approximately 5 minutes. (Stir occassionally if possible.)
