Marinated Mushrooms

INGREDIENTS:

This recipe makes 1 Serving

  • 5 mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon raw soy sauce (nama shoyu)

METHOD:

  • Slice mushrooms.
  • Place sliced mushrooms into a wide, shallow bowl (or a plate with a deep lip).
  • Pour the oil and soy sauce over the mushrooms.
  • Gently stir mushrooms until lightly but thoroughly coated in oil and soy sauce.
  • Let mushrooms sit for approximately 5 minutes. (Stir occassionally if possible.)
