Mango Smoothie (Yellow)
INGREDIENTS:
Makes 1x 500ml smoothie:
- l 1 x whole fresh mango (you can also use frozen if prefered 200g)
- l 1 banana
- l 2 whole oranges
- l 2 mint leaves
- l 1 table spoon of coconut yogurt (dairy free)
METHOD:
Juice:
- Peel your two large oranges and prep your mango (if using fresh)
- Place one into your juicer without turning it on, followed by your mint and then the other orange, so you are almost sandwhiching your mint between the oranges.
- Turn your juicer on and when it reaches full speed push your ingredients through.
- Add your mango, banana, coconut yogurt and the freshly juice oranges and mint to the blender
- Blend for 30seconds – 1 minute until smooth and has no lumps
- Serve and Enjoy. Over ice is best not needed if using frozen mango though
