Mango Smoothie (Yellow)

INGREDIENTS:

Makes 1x 500ml smoothie:
  • l 1 x whole fresh mango (you can also use frozen if prefered 200g)
  • l 1 banana
  • l 2 whole oranges
  • l 2 mint leaves
  • l 1 table spoon of coconut yogurt (dairy free)

METHOD:

Juice:
  • Peel your two large oranges and prep your mango (if using fresh)
  • Place one into your juicer without turning it on, followed by your mint and then the other orange, so you are almost sandwhiching your mint between the oranges.
  • Turn your juicer on and when it reaches full speed push your ingredients through.
  • Add your mango, banana, coconut yogurt and the freshly juice oranges and mint to the blender
  • Blend for 30seconds – 1 minute until smooth and has no lumps
  • Serve and Enjoy. Over ice is best not needed if using frozen mango though
