Lemon vinaigrette
INGREDIENTS:
This recipe makes 6 portion(s):
- 2each Lemon – fresh
- 10ml Vinegar – white wine
- 5g Mustard – Dijon (1 teaspoon)
- 150ml Oil-extra virgin olive
- Salt and pepper
METHOD:
- Juice the oranges and lemon
- Pour into the blender with everything except to oil and blend to combine
- Slowly add in the oil bit by bit and blend on a slow speed
- Season and sore in glass bottle
