Lemon vinaigrette

INGREDIENTS:

This recipe makes 6 portion(s):

  • 2each Lemon – fresh
  • 10ml Vinegar – white wine
  • 5g Mustard – Dijon (1 teaspoon)
  • 150ml Oil-extra virgin olive
  • Salt and pepper

METHOD:

  • Juice the oranges and lemon
  • Pour into the blender with everything except to oil and blend to combine
  • Slowly add in the oil bit by bit and blend on a slow speed
  • Season and sore in glass bottle
