Kefir, Banana, Almond and Frozen Berry Smoothie

Full of plenty of good bacteria, this fruity smoothie recipe makes a great on-the-go breakfast idea.

Time: 10 Minutes

Equipment: baking sheet, baking paper, spoon, fridge

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • banana 1 ripe
  • kefir milk 350ml
  • mixed frozen berries 75g
  • whole almonds 40g
  • maple syrup or runny honey 1 tbsp

 

 

METHOD:

Put everything into a blender or food processor and whizz until completely smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and serve.
