Jamaican Carrot Juice

A dairy-free version of a Jamaican classic beverage with plenty of spices and sweetened with condensed coconut milk

Ingredients: 

  • 2 lb of carrots preferably organic, halved or slices
  • 1 teaspoon of nutmeg
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 5 cups of water only use if doing the blender technique
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • condensed coconut milk to taste 1⁄4 cup should suffice
