Jalapeño Popper Roll Ups
These vegan Jalapeño Popper Roll-Ups or jalapeño popper pinwheels, if you prefer, are perfect for snacking and sharing. They taste a lot like a good ol’ jalapeño popper, the only difference is the shape.

- Breadcrumbs:
- Add breadcrumbs to a small skillet, and toast over medium-low heat for 5-8 minutes, or until evenly browned. Toss crumbs frequently to prevent burning.
