Hot Date Smoothie
INGREDIENTS:
This recipe makes 1 X 500ML Servings
- 1c coconut milk or homemade almond/cashew milk
- 2 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 2 TBSP cacao powder
- 1 tsp fresh ground espresso, optional
- pinch cinnamon
METHOD:
- Blend everything together in a Vitamix, or high-speed blender, until smooth. Enjoy!
- Arm slightly in a think based saucepan if you want this smoothie warm
