Hot Date Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

This recipe makes 1 X 500ML Servings

  • 1c coconut milk or homemade almond/cashew milk
  • 2 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 2 TBSP cacao powder
  • 1 tsp fresh ground espresso, optional
  • pinch cinnamon

METHOD:

  • Blend everything together in a Vitamix, or high-speed blender, until smooth. Enjoy!
  • Arm slightly in a think based saucepan if you want this smoothie warm
