HOMEMADE HUMMUS
Ingredients
Makes 500g of fresh hummus
- 2 x 400g cans of chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
- 1 tablespoon (25g) of tahini paste
- the juice of half a lemon
- 1 clove of garlic
- 20ml of cold pressed rapeseed oil
- salt
- pepper
METHOD:
Blend:
- Place all of your ingredients into a food processor or blender
- Blend until you have a super smooth paste
- If you like a thiner hummus add more oil to your mix until you get the consistency you desire
