High Fibre Smoothie Recipe

This high fibre smoothie is tasty and will keep your tummy satisfied through the morning!

This recipe makes 1 500ml smoothie

Equipment: chopping board, chefs knife, high-speed blender

Total Time: 5 minutes

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 small banana
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 Tablespoon chia seeds
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup water

 

METHOD:

Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
