MAKES 1 SERVING
Equipment needed: mixing bowl, spoon, griddle pan,
Total Time: 7 minutes Ingredients:
85 g gluten free self raising flour (I use doves farm) • 65 g runny coconut yoghurt (I use Koko)
1 tsp olive oil
Pinch salt
Method:
- Add the flour into a mixing bowl along with the yoghurt and mix with a spoon • Now add the olive oil and mix together with a spoon
- Now with your hands mix it together into a large ball
- Place a griddle pan on high heat, you don’t need any oil
- Flour a work surface and pat the dough ball down with your hands into the shape you want. I am for roughly 1cm thick (it can be delicate so be careful or pick it up with a spachelor)
- Place onto the pre-heated griddle pan and cook on each side for 2 minutes
- Whilst the flatbread is cooking, simply add all the dip ingredients into a small mixing bowl and
- stir
Notes
This recipe could differ depending on what brand flour and yoghurt you are using so it may need tweaking to suit those. It can be a bit fiddly the first few times you make them so give it a couple tries and you will end up perfecting it.
