Everyday Vinaigrette

INGREDIENTS:

Makes 1 litre of dressing:

  • 600ml of cold pressed extra virgin olive oil
  • 50ml of apple cider vinegar
  • 25g of Dijon mustard
  • 20ml of coconut blossom nectar
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 10g of sea salt
  • Ground black pepper

METHOD:

  • Place all of your ingredients except your oil into a blender
  • Blend together until mix well and your garlic has been fully incorporated
  • Turn your blender down to the slowest speed
  • While it is still on slowly add in your oil
  • Most blenders should have a smaller section on the lid that you can remove without taking off the whole lid.
  • Adding slowing your dressing should be emulsified and nice and thick by the time you have finished adding your oil.
  • Pour your dressing into an airtight bottle of container and store in the fridge.
