Everyday Vinaigrette
INGREDIENTS:
Makes 1 litre of dressing:
- 600ml of cold pressed extra virgin olive oil
- 50ml of apple cider vinegar
- 25g of Dijon mustard
- 20ml of coconut blossom nectar
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 10g of sea salt
- Ground black pepper
METHOD:
- Place all of your ingredients except your oil into a blender
- Blend together until mix well and your garlic has been fully incorporated
- Turn your blender down to the slowest speed
- While it is still on slowly add in your oil
- Most blenders should have a smaller section on the lid that you can remove without taking off the whole lid.
- Adding slowing your dressing should be emulsified and nice and thick by the time you have finished adding your oil.
- Pour your dressing into an airtight bottle of container and store in the fridge.
