Easy (No Bake) Fudges

The perfect little, sugar, gluten and dairy-free little sweet treat.

MAKES 20 BALLS
Total Time: 15minutes

Ingredients:

  1. 11 pitted Medjool dates
  2. 1 cup walnuts
  3. Half a cup cacao powder
  4. A pinch of sea salt
  5. Freeze-dried raspberry or strawberry pieces, or desiccated coconut (optional)

Method:

  • Grind the walnuts in your food processor, then slowly add the dates and other ingredients until it forms a dough. You want to make sure it all sticks together, so you might need to add a tiny bit of water.
  • Roll into small balls.
  • You can then roll in freeze-dried raspberry (or strawberry) pieces or in desiccated coconut to coat.
  • Place the bites into the fridge.
