Crispy Kale “Chips”

A healthy and tasty snack!

 

Servings: 1 sharing bowl

Total Time: 1 or 2 hours

 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 head of Kale
  • 1tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1⁄4tsp salt
  • 1⁄4tsp ground black pepper
  • Dash of oil

 

Method:

    • Tear your kale into larger than bite size pieces (the dehydrating/cooking process will shrink your kale) then wash and dry.
    • In a separate bowl, mix your dry ingredients and then mix it into your kale.
    • Lay on a lined baking tray and cook on 100•c for 1hour, opening the door to let moisture out every 10/15 minutes.
