Ingredients: 

  • 2 1/2 cups ice cubes
  • 1 can unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
  • 3/4 cup roasted salted cashews
  • 6 ounces firm tofu
  • Coconut sugar to taste
