CHOCOLATE PROTEIN SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:

Makes 1x 500ml smoothie
  • 1/2 a ripe avocado
  • 1 whole banana
  • 100g of whole cashew nuts
  • 1/2 a teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon of raw cacao powder
  • 250ml of KOKO coconut milk
  • 20ml of coconut blossom nectar
  • pinch of pink himalayan salt
  • 1 scoop of prefered protein powder (optional)

METHOD

Blend
  • Place all of your ingredients into preferably a high speed blender or nutribullet and blend for two minutes, on full speed
  • Serve over ice if you want it cold
  • This recipe will last for at least two days in the fridge so can be made up in larger amounts
