Chipotle Hasselback Potatoes

These Chipotle Hasselback Potatoes look pretty, and they taste even better. They’re a perfect accompaniment to any meal.

 

Method: 

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C. Cut the potatoes around half way through very finely across the whole potato. The finer you chop, the crispier they will be.
  2. Place on a baking tray and fry liberally with Frylight. Add Spicentice Chipotle Rub to your potatoes and rub in, being careful not to break the potatoes.
  3. Pop in the oven for around 30-40 minutes, making sure the potatoes are placed cut side up. Check occasionally to make sure they’re not burning. Not that you need telling.
