Chipotle Hasselback Potatoes
These Chipotle Hasselback Potatoes look pretty, and they taste even better. They’re a perfect accompaniment to any meal.
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 220°C. Cut the potatoes around half way through very finely across the whole potato. The finer you chop, the crispier they will be.
- Place on a baking tray and fry liberally with Frylight. Add Spicentice Chipotle Rub to your potatoes and rub in, being careful not to break the potatoes.
- Pop in the oven for around 30-40 minutes, making sure the potatoes are placed cut side up. Check occasionally to make sure they’re not burning. Not that you need telling.
