Cherry Smoothie

This banana cherry smoothie is quick and easy and loaded with flavor and nutrition. Perfect for
a healthy breakfast or snack.

Ingredients: 

  • 20 Cherries fresh or frozen
  • 3 Medium Frozen Bananas (300g)
  • 1 cup Almond Milk (240ml)
  • 2 Medjool Dates
  • 2 Tbsp Nut Butters, halved

 

Method:

    • Add almond milk to the blender followed by cherries, dates, nut butter and bananas.
      Blend until smooth.
    • Pour out into glasses and serve immediately.
