CASHEW NUT CHEESE SPREAD

INGREDIENTS:

MAKES 500g:
  • 200g of whole cashew nuts
  • 1 clove of fresh garlic
  • 1/4 of a red oinion
  • 10ml of apple cider vinegar
  • the juice of one whole lemon
  • 100ml of coconut milk
  • 50g of nutritional yeast flakes (engavita)
METHOD:
  • Soak your whole cashew nuts in filtered water for 3 hours
  • Drain and rinse
  • Place your nuts into a high speed blender with all of your other ingredients
  • Blend for 2 minutes on full speed and remove the mix into a container
  • Serve with dish of your choice
  • This is the perfect accompliment
