CASHEW NUT CHEESE SPREAD
INGREDIENTS:
MAKES 500g:
- 200g of whole cashew nuts
- 1 clove of fresh garlic
- 1/4 of a red oinion
- 10ml of apple cider vinegar
- the juice of one whole lemon
- 100ml of coconut milk
- 50g of nutritional yeast flakes (engavita)
METHOD:
- Soak your whole cashew nuts in filtered water for 3 hours
- Drain and rinse
- Place your nuts into a high speed blender with all of your other ingredients
- Blend for 2 minutes on full speed and remove the mix into a container
- Serve with dish of your choice
- This is the perfect accompliment
