Carrot & Ginger Dressing
A healthy Japanese inspired dressing, suitable for all your greens or even rice!
Servings: 6 Portions
Total Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 medium carrot, peeled and roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp diced onion
- 2 tbsp fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp tamari / soy sauce (use gluten-free if needed)
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp white miso paste
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
Method:
- Blend Ingredients together in a high powered blender until desired texture. Taste the mixture and adjust the salt to your liking
