Carrot & Ginger Dressing

A healthy Japanese inspired dressing, suitable for all your greens or even rice!

Total Time: 10 minutes

 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 medium carrot, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp diced onion
  • 2 tbsp fresh ginger
  • 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp tamari / soy sauce (use gluten-free if needed)
  • 1 tbsp mirin
  • 1 tbsp white miso paste
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt

 

Method:

    • Blend Ingredients together in a high powered blender until desired texture. Taste the mixture and adjust the salt to your liking
