Carrot Cake Smoothie

Indulgent and healthy… does it get any better!? Zingy oranges, vitamin-packed carrots and a warming hint of ginger and cinnamon.

 

Makes 1 Serving

Equipment needed: chopping board, chefs knife, blender

Total Time: 5 minutes

 

Ingredients: 

  1. 1 ripe banana (use fresh or frozen depending on how cold you like your smoothies… if using frozen you might have to add a little plant milk to help with blending)
  2. 1 orange, peeled with pith and pips removed
  3. 1 carrot
  4. 1cm fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
  5. Pinch cinnamon

 

Method: 

  • Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
