Carob And Raspberry Shake

This banana-free carob raspberry shake combines the two main ingredients with avocado, honey, and vanilla to create an awesome mid-day or early morning cup of goodness.

 

Servings: 1x500ml smoothies

Total Time: 5 minutes

 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup milk of your choice
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 2 Tbsp carob powder
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 3 ice cubes, tray-sized

 

Method:

    • Blend everything together until smooth and well combined.
