Calcium Kick Smoothie (Green)

INGREDIENTS:

Makes 1 x 500ml Smoothie:
  • l 1/2 a large cucumber
  • l 2 sticks of celery
  • l 2 Green apples
  • l Small handful of spinach
  • l 1/4 of a lime (skin on)
  • l 1cm dice of fresh ginger
  • l 1.4 of a ripe avocado

METHOD:

Juice:
  • Place one apple into your juice and pack the lime, ginger and spinach on top of it
  • Place the other apple on top of it, almost like you are sandwhiching it in
  • Turn your juicer on and once up to full speed push through these ingredients
  • Quickly followed by your cucumber and celery
  • Place your avocado into a blender, followed by your juice
  • Blend for 30 seconds until smooth
  • Serve over ice if you prefer, and enjoy
