Cacao Mocha Smoothie
INGREDIENTS:

- 100g Bananas-fresh (100g = 1 whole medium banana)
- 15g Dates – Dried Pitted (10g = 3 whole dates)
- 30g Tahini – paste (30g = 1.5 level tablespoon)
- 15g Cacao Powder (15g = 1 heaped tablespoon)
- 10g Chia Seeds (10g = 2 heaped teaspoon)
- Milk – almond 220ml
- add 4 ice cubes to the blender before blending
METHOD:
- Place all the ingredients in the blender
- Blend on speed 5 for large smoothie
- Serve into a Barnes water glass
