Cacao Mocha Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

  • 100g Bananas-fresh (100g = 1 whole medium banana)
  • 15g Dates – Dried Pitted (10g = 3 whole dates)
  • 30g Tahini – paste (30g = 1.5 level tablespoon)
  • 15g Cacao Powder (15g = 1 heaped tablespoon)
  • 10g Chia Seeds (10g = 2 heaped teaspoon)
  • Milk – almond 220ml
  • add 4 ice cubes to the blender before blending

METHOD:

  • Place all the ingredients in the blender
  • Blend on speed 5 for large smoothie
  • Serve into a Barnes water glass
