Butter bean and Tumeric Hummus
INGREDIENTS:
This recipe makes 15 portion
- 350g Butter Beans – tinned
- 30g Tahini – paste
- 10ml Oil-extra virgin olive (1 tablespoon)
- 5g Cumin – ground (1 teaspoon)
- 100g Coriander – fresh
- 5g Tumeric – ground (1 teaspoon)
- 1each Lemon – fresh (zest and juice)
- Salt and pepper
METHOD:
- Add all ingredients to the food processor and blend until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper
- Serve one table spoon of hummus per portion for the rainbow bowl
