Butter bean and Tumeric Hummus

INGREDIENTS:

This recipe makes 15 portion

  • 350g Butter Beans – tinned
  • 30g Tahini – paste
  • 10ml Oil-extra virgin olive (1 tablespoon)
  • 5g Cumin – ground (1 teaspoon)
  • 100g Coriander – fresh
  • 5g Tumeric – ground (1 teaspoon)
  • 1each Lemon – fresh (zest and juice)
  • Salt and pepper

METHOD:

  • Add all ingredients to the food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Season with salt and pepper
  • Serve one table spoon of hummus per portion for the rainbow bowl
