Black-Eyed Bean Super Energy Bars
These tasty, high protein bars are the perfect complement a healthy, active lifestyle.

Equipment: chopping board, chefs knife, baking tray
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup Cashews
- 1 cup Dates
- 1 cup Pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup Sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup Oats
- 2 tbs Creamed coconut
- 1 cup Black eyed beans
- 1 tbs Coconut oil
METHOD:
Combine ingredients in order above. Add more beans/oil to bind if necessary. Smoosh together with hands, make flat, and form desired bar shapes with a knife. Place on a baking tray and cook at 180c for 10 minutes. Perfect to enjoy on bike-rides and runs or post-exercise
