Banana And Oat Bites
Pack some of these little bites if you’re heading out on a family day trip or picnic

Total Time: 25 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 60g porridge oats
- 30g apple sauce
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C/gas mark 4.
- Mash the bananas in a bowl, then mix in the oats, apple sauce and ground cinnamon.
- Divide the mix into 10
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden. Remove and cool on a wire rack.
