APRICOT AND RAISIN BIRCHER MUESLI

INGREDIENTS:

Serves 4:
  • 80g of gluten free oats
  • 50g of chopped almonds
  • 1 whole green apple
  • 1 whole banana
  • 50g chopped dried apricots
  • 50g raisins
  • 15g of chia seeds
  • 200ml almond milk or coconut milk
  • 10ml of coconut nectar
  • 1 large teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • pink himalayan salt

METHOD:

  • The night before in a large bowl mix your gluten free oats with your chia seeds,
    cinnamon and pink himalayan salt
  • Add in your “milk” and mix well. Leave this to soak overnight ready for the morning
  • In the morning chop your banana, apple, raisins and apricots and add to your bowl
  • Lastly add in your coconut nectar
  • Mix all together well, serve into your bowl and garnish with the chopped almonds
