Apple & Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1 large green apple
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 1⁄2 banana frozen
- 1⁄2 cup frozen mango
- 1⁄2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1⁄4 cup raw cashews
- 4 cups baby spinach leaves or chopped spinach, loosely packed
- 10 ice cubes
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice (1/2 lemon)
Method:
- Chop the apple into chunks, leaving the peel on.
- Place everything in a blender and blend until smooth
- Add the frozen fruit in 2 batches, blending between
