  • 1⁄2 cup frozen mango
  • 1⁄2 cup frozen pineapple

  • 4 cups baby spinach leaves or chopped spinach, loosely packed
  • 10 ice cubes
  • 1 1⁄2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice (1/2 lemon)
