Almond & Maca Smoothie

This smoothie is full of hormone-balancing goodness. Plus, as a bonus is that it tastes sooooo good. Like a cinnamon cookie!

Time: 2 Minutes

Equipment: blender

 

INGREDIENTS:

• 2 tbsp almond butter

• 2 tbsp ground flaxseed

• 1 – 2 tsp maca powder

• 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

• 1 tbsp raw protein powder, (I used hemp)

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• 1 1/2 cups dairy-free milk

• Approx 10 ice cubes

• 2 medjool dates, pitted

 

 

METHOD:

Simply add everything to a blender and mix until smooth. Taste and adjust flavours, if necessary. Serve and enjoy!
