Tropical Smoothie Bowl

INGREDIENTS:

Makes 2 portions:

  • 100g of fresh or frozen mango
  • 50g of fresh or frozen pineapple
  • The juice of one orange
  • 50ml of unsweetened almond milk
  • 75g of pre made muesli or granola.
  • 1 whole kiwi
  • 1 whole banana
  • 10 whole almonds
  • 1 teaspoon of mixed seed mix
  • 10ml of coconut blossom nectar

METHOD:

  • Place your mango, pineapple, orange juice and almond milk into your blender
  • Blend until thick and smooth
  • Split the smoothie between two bowl
  • Split your granola/muesli into two and place on top of each smoothie, in the middle
  • Peel and dice your kiwi and fine chop your banana
  • Mix the two together and split between your two bowls, over the top of your granola
  • Finely chop your almonds and sprinkle over the top of your bowls along with your seeds
  • Drizzle over the top with the coconut blossom nectar and serve
