Nutrition is an essential part of the ascension process. Members have full access to the Nutrition Blog. Here you will find a vast selection of meals, ranging from breakfast to dinner options, a variety of snacks, puddings, juices, and shakes. The majority are plant-based, however there are a selection of meals including fish, eggs, beef and chicken, as plant based nutrition does not suit every body type. We highly recommend you listen to your body. All meals are packed with goodness, and, more importantly, quick, and easy to prepare. New recipes are uploaded every week.

We recommend everyone follow a predominantly plant-based lifestyle. The body also requires certain things, and we as human beings are all different.
I adopted a plant-based lifestyle six years ago and began to exercise intensely. Unfortunately, it started to affect my training even though I took protein, vitamins, and mineral supplements. My body slowly deteriorated. I found the perfect balance once I introduced fish, eggs and meat here and there. My nutrition now is 90% plant-based, but if my body tells me it requires fish, I will eat it.
