Your physical body is the vehicle for your soul on earth. Without it, you cannot live on earth.
It is very important to look after and heal your physical body. Every part of your own body has its own consciousness or its own soul. Your body also houses countless living micro-organisms.
There are many ways of healing your physical body. These include having a healthy diet, exercising well, daily meditation, positive thinking, energy healing, and communicating with your body.
Look After Your Body
Most people are born with a perfectly healthy body. Then you go to school and grow up. In that time you consume all sorts of things in your diet, have colds and injuries, and breathe in the toxins in the air.
Human beings often eat more than their body needs. Many don’t exercise enough and they let emotional stress and anxiety build-up. This often results in various problems later in life.
Be conscious about your environment, what you eat, how your energy flows, and how much you exercise. Symptoms such as obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, and emotional instability arise through poor diet and poor circulation of energy around the body.
Exercise regularly and with variety. This will help your body become fitter, stronger and more resilient. Try yoga, Qigong or Tai Chi, cardio including running and swimming, dancing, and walks in nature. These will all help your body to recover and heal.
Detoxify Your Diet
It is mission-critical to declutter your mind and detoxify your lifestyle. This begins with the food you eat. Start by removing all processed foods and focus on eating organic fruits and vegetables.
Eat Clean. Focus on eating whole foods and avoid processed foods. Processed foods cause inflammation in your body. Consuming gluten, dairy, soy, refined sugar, corn, peanuts, and other processed foods will induce or accelerate health problems. If possible eat raw fruit, vegetables, and nuts for most of your meals.
Fight Inflammation. Try raw walnuts and ground flaxseeds which are rich in omega-3 fatty acids that help your body fight inflammation. Also, your body needs healthy fats to function properly. These can be found in raw nuts and seeds, extra-virgin olive oil, and avocados.
Heal Your Gut. Remove foods from your diet that cause headaches, bloating, rashes, or tiredness. The foods to remove include gluten, peanuts, soy, eggs, dairy, corn, refined sugar and sweets, and other inflammatory foods. Replace these items with whole foods. If your gut is leaky and reacts to everything you eat then try a puree of vegetables with medical protein powders.
When eating healthily you will start to feel better over time. Symptoms like belly ache, bloating, chronic fatigue, and chronic inflammation will ease over weeks and months. All you need to do is to put some effort into changing your diet, detoxing your lifestyle, and taking charge of your health.
Speak to Your Body
Love your body unconditionally. Have a strong intention that is born out of genuine compassion. Understand that your body is made up of conscious cells that experience emotions.
Build trust and attune your body. Have a strong intention to cooperate with your body and facilitate the healing of any disease, ailment, or pain that you are currently experiencing.
Be open to changes in your conversation with your body. Use different thoughts, feelings, and positive words that generate spontaneous elevated emotions.
Talk to your body daily. Thank your body for giving you your human experience. Visualise it being perfectly healthy. Speak to each and every part of your body like you would your precious child.
Heal From Within
Physical ailments often originate from mental or spiritual ailments. Your body is a body of interacting energies. Heal the energy within and your body is healed. Love your body without any expectation, need or want.
Go deep into meditation and have a heartfelt conversation with your body from head to toe. Feel into which areas are tender and where energy is blocked. Then imagine the energy flowing freely and your body being perfect and complete. Follow this process for as long as you like, a few minutes to an hour.
You will feel your body begin to respond and heal. Your nerves may tingle and your muscles begin to perform flexion and extension exercises independently of conscious control. You may feel light and weightless or see healing beings working on different levels of your body and your entire being.
Daily Meditation & Energy Healing
It is important to develop a daily practice to help your body heal itself. Start with meditating, energy healing, qigong or Tai Chi, clean eating, and walks in nature. They all heal and rejuvenate your body and when done daily for an hour or two you will discover that the benefits synergise.
A regular meditation routine trains your brain to enter alpha and theta brain wave states. In these states communication between your conscious mind, your heart and the rest of your physical body is dramatically enhanced. Real healing occurs when your mind, heart, and energy body are aligned and resonating with love for your physical body.
For healing your body, the best meditation is the simplest. Set your intention for self-healing, relax your breathing, and let go of all thoughts and feelings. Just be and feel your own energy. If it helps you can focus on the rhythm of your breathing or your own heartbeat.
Your physical body has an energetic counterpart. This is your etheric energy body, human bio-electrical field, or aura. When you love yourself and heal yourself you are also healing your energy body. Your energy body is the field of energy that connects your mind, heart, emotions, spiritual body, and physical body as one unified living being.
Miracles happen when you trust your intuition. So let go, and ask your spiritual guides, angels and cosmic beings to help facilitate healing for you.

We firmly believe that the internet should be available and accessible to anyone, and are committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of circumstance and ability.
To fulfill this, we aim to adhere as strictly as possible to the World Wide Web Consortium’s (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 (WCAG 2.1) at the AA level. These guidelines explain how to make web content accessible to people with a wide array of disabilities. Complying with those guidelines helps us ensure that the website is accessible to all people: blind people, people with motor impairments, visual impairment, cognitive disabilities, and more.
This website utilizes various technologies that are meant to make it as accessible as possible at all times. We utilize an accessibility interface that allows persons with specific disabilities to adjust the website’s UI (user interface) and design it to their personal needs.
Additionally, the website utilizes an AI-based application that runs in the background and optimizes its accessibility level constantly. This application remediates the website’s HTML, adapts Its functionality and behavior for screen-readers used by the blind users, and for keyboard functions used by individuals with motor impairments.
If you’ve found a malfunction or have ideas for improvement, we’ll be happy to hear from you. You can reach out to the website’s operators by using the following email
Our website implements the ARIA attributes (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) technique, alongside various different behavioral changes, to ensure blind users visiting with screen-readers are able to read, comprehend, and enjoy the website’s functions. As soon as a user with a screen-reader enters your site, they immediately receive a prompt to enter the Screen-Reader Profile so they can browse and operate your site effectively. Here’s how our website covers some of the most important screen-reader requirements, alongside console screenshots of code examples:
Screen-reader optimization: we run a background process that learns the website’s components from top to bottom, to ensure ongoing compliance even when updating the website. In this process, we provide screen-readers with meaningful data using the ARIA set of attributes. For example, we provide accurate form labels; descriptions for actionable icons (social media icons, search icons, cart icons, etc.); validation guidance for form inputs; element roles such as buttons, menus, modal dialogues (popups), and others. Additionally, the background process scans all the website’s images and provides an accurate and meaningful image-object-recognition-based description as an ALT (alternate text) tag for images that are not described. It will also extract texts that are embedded within the image, using an OCR (optical character recognition) technology. To turn on screen-reader adjustments at any time, users need only to press the Alt+1 keyboard combination. Screen-reader users also get automatic announcements to turn the Screen-reader mode on as soon as they enter the website.
These adjustments are compatible with all popular screen readers, including JAWS and NVDA.
Keyboard navigation optimization: The background process also adjusts the website’s HTML, and adds various behaviors using JavaScript code to make the website operable by the keyboard. This includes the ability to navigate the website using the Tab and Shift+Tab keys, operate dropdowns with the arrow keys, close them with Esc, trigger buttons and links using the Enter key, navigate between radio and checkbox elements using the arrow keys, and fill them in with the Spacebar or Enter key.Additionally, keyboard users will find quick-navigation and content-skip menus, available at any time by clicking Alt+1, or as the first elements of the site while navigating with the keyboard. The background process also handles triggered popups by moving the keyboard focus towards them as soon as they appear, and not allow the focus drift outside it.
Users can also use shortcuts such as “M” (menus), “H” (headings), “F” (forms), “B” (buttons), and “G” (graphics) to jump to specific elements.
We aim to support the widest array of browsers and assistive technologies as possible, so our users can choose the best fitting tools for them, with as few limitations as possible. Therefore, we have worked very hard to be able to support all major systems that comprise over 95% of the user market share including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Opera and Microsoft Edge, JAWS and NVDA (screen readers).
Despite our very best efforts to allow anybody to adjust the website to their needs. There may still be pages or sections that are not fully accessible, are in the process of becoming accessible, or are lacking an adequate technological solution to make them accessible. Still, we are continually improving our accessibility, adding, updating and improving its options and features, and developing and adopting new technologies. All this is meant to reach the optimal level of accessibility, following technological advancements. For any assistance, please reach out to
