ARRIVING BY PLANE
The preferred airport for Hilton Sedona Resort at Bell Rock is Phoenix Sky Harbor Intl. Airport (PHX) (182.7 km / 113.5 mi). This is 2hrs from the Resort.
A Shuttlebus is available from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
Other airports:
Cottonwood, AZ (CTW) – 34.7 km / 21.6 mi
Flagstaff Pulliam Field (FLG) – 74.8 km / 46.5 mi

WHAT TO BRING
1. Comfortable Clothes
2. Footwear suitable for walking outside
3. Showerproof rain jacket for outside walk
4. Pen and paper to make notes
5. A crystal to place in the pyramid
SUGGESTED PREPARATION
1. Read Jerry’s “Healing with Light Frequencies” book
2. Drink three to 4 litres of water every day
3. No Sugar or processed foods
4. Meditate daily. Join our library and listen once a day. Double up on your meditation and start plugging into the Light Language inside Infinity
5. Exercise
6. No Alcohol
7. No cigarettes or vapes
8. No recreational drugs
9. Honour all of your emotions
10. Stay away from coffee
11. Cut out everything white from your diet (e.g. bread, pasta, rice)
12. Take 15 – 20 minutes each day to communicate with your body. Ask it how it is feeling and truly listen
13. Don’t watch any movies. No TV, radio, or low-vibe music
