Guidelines for using Star Magic Healing
in your own practice
It is OK to use Star Magic Healing’s name within your events including sound baths, plant medicine retreats, workshops, ceremonies, and events both on and offline, and any other promotional materials, as long as you adhere to these guidelines.
Training and Teaching
You are not permitted to train, share, or teach any of the Star Magic Healing ways or codes to anyone else until you are accredited as a Master Facilitator. This includes partners or family.
Only the use of the Star Magic Healing Frequency and code is permitted until you reach this stage.
Website & Social Media
On your website and social media, when advertising any event, both on or offline, the following copy must be used along with the Powered by Star Magic Logo.
[Your Name] is Trained as a Star Magic Facilitator.
During this [xxxx] healing/ ceremony/retreat/workshop, [Your Name] will be using the Star Magic Healing Frequency to facilitate healing on you and other attendees.

As a Star Magic Healing Facilitator, there can be multiple modalities and that is OK. Where you are listing your Star Magic offerings the following copy is what’s required.

Workshops & Ceremonies: Combining Modalities
If you are running/ hosting a ceremony, workshop, or some other healing event, and want to combine modalities, we strongly suggest that you choose Star Magic Healing and stick to this frequency. Star Magic supersedes everything else in the marketplace.
Please use caution and first assess the impact of combining multiple modalities on your participants, and your capacity to hold space for managing the effect on your participants, both during and after the healing event.
Do’s and Don’ts
- Don’t add adjectives to “Star Magic” or “Star Magic Healing”.
• E.g. Don’t say Quantum Star Magic
Say that a Star Magic Healing Facilitator works in the Quantum… - Do describe Star Magic Healing using the descriptions provided
• E.g. Don’t say Star Magic Healing is Quantum Healing
Use the detailed description options given in the previous section. - Don’t link any other modality or healing way to Star Magic or Star Magic Healing
• E.g. Don’t say Reiki Star Magic Healing or Quantum Star Magic Healing
Stick to the protocols we have shared with you. Combining Star Magic with protocols from other modalities may mean you don’t see the results you expect in your clients. - Do not try to replicate Star Magic Group Healing Group Experiences with your clients. Additional techniques used
by Jerry will only be shared with you when you become an Accredited Master Facilitator. - Do share other aspects of Star Magic with your clients such as the Lifestyle and Infinity
Travelling & Facilitating with Star Magic Team
If you are assisting, supporting the Star Magic Team in any capacity, on a group healing or facilitator training or workshop of any kind, then any healing sessions or business you generate from Star Magic Healing clients must come through Star Magic Healing, where the revenue is split. You cannot go and generate business off the back of Star Magic events and not remunerate Star Magic Healing. As a facilitator, turning up at Star Magic events and generating business is also not acceptable. The exact process of how you can generate business as a Facilitator assisting at an event will be clearly explained once you start assisting.
Logos for your Events
Print, web, and social images are emailed separately and can be used in your creative promotions. A sample placement is shown in the image below for your reference.
