Close your eyes, take some nice long deep breaths, and feel your body breathing through your nose all the way down to the pit of your stomach and back out through your mouth. Long slow deep breaths. Be in this space right here right now in this moment. The only moment that truly exists. As you breathe deeper and longer and slower you realize you know deep in your heart that you are extraordinary and as you breathe into this extraordinary body, the home of your soul in this reality, you become aware of a beautiful high frequency diamond light moving in through the walls, down through the ceiling, up through the floor.
This high frequency diamond light flows towards your physical body and starts to swirl around the outside in a clockwise direction over your head, underneath your feet, around your chest, around your back, swirling, getting brighter and stronger. Swirling like a powerful electrical high frequency diamond tornado. You start to breathe this frequency in. You breathe it in through your nose up into your mind. It flows into your left brain, into your right brain. It flows around the outside of your skull down through your head, your face, your neck, your throat, through your shoulders, your chest, and back.
It flows through your spinal column, middle back, lower back, into your buttocks, through your heart, your lungs, your rib cage, down through every vital organ, through your hips, your groin. It swirls through your thighs and your hamstrings, down through your knees, your calves, past your shins into your ankles, through your feet all the way to the tips of your toes. It moves through your shoulders down your arms through your elbows, your forearms, your wrists into your hands ,fingers, and thumbs.
Continue to breathe in this powerful light until the inside of your body is completely full, From the top of your head to the tips of your toes, from the tips of your fingers and thumbs to your crown. Once the inside of your body is completely full, in your mind say thank you. Keep breathing as the light flows through every cell, every atom, every molecule, every fibre of your entirety. Your cells they dance and smile communicating with each other like one big happy family. Your heart expands and expands and expands out past the boundaries of your physical body and into the empty space as the light from your own soul fills up your chest and illuminates your environment.
As you breathe, as you vibrate in this now space, mother earth opens her heart. A beautiful platinum frequency flows up through the rocks and the minerals up through the surface of the planet up through your body and into your heart. Boom, there’s an explosion of magnetic frequency as mother earth connects with you this celestial goddess. Divine feminine frequencies flow up through that magnetic current up into your heart and flow through your physical body as an incredible electrical current starts to flow from the Aramatina Stargate in the cradle of Lyra. this electrical frequency flows through the cosmic fabric down through mother earth’s atmosphere, down through the skies, through the roof of your space, down through your crown and into your heart
Boom, there’s an explosion of energy as the masculine and the feminine connect in your heart, the electrical and the magnetic, the masculine and the feminine. The positive and the negative merge within themselves creating wholeness in your heart. As these energies collide and codes flow down through the electrical current and up through the magnetic current, a beautiful vortex starts to spin in your heart space as these codes collide merge and every cell shifts and adjusts as these energies flow throughout your field. This vortex spins faster and faster as everything folds into the zero point into this space.
You fully recognize the mystery of time as you vibrate with mother earth and father sky as the heavens and the earth collide in the centre of your chest in the centre of your physical body right in your heart. That gateway, that zero point where the past present and future merge. You know you, this angelic human this powerful multi-dimensional being here in this space right now. No time, no distance, no measurement. Just this moment where all energies, all multi-dimensional versions where timelines become obsolete. This one focal point in the centre of your heart is the access point to all things and knowledge. Colossal energy emanates from your heart and through this stargate as you have access to worlds beyond worlds, beyond worlds, and universes beyond universes which are all in the same space at the same time inside you
You are the anchor, the still point as peace and calmness radiates from your centre. Stillness flows through your space and as you vibrate within this stillness knowing that you’re not really within it, that you are it, the idea of time is just that an idea. In the metaphysical world of magic lies the truth, the eternal flow which can never be separated an interconnected highway of light codes and energy streaming through your heart as you feel the heartbeat of your celestial mother earth, as you feel the heartbeat of the stars inside every cell of your body.
This diamond tornado swirls faster and faster as light codes stream into your heart, as that vortex amplifies and starts to emanate high frequency light. As the vortex in your heart grows and expands, energy pumps up and down your central column from your heart to your crown, from your crown to your root, from your heart down into mother earth. Everything is connected, your Merkabah field spinning in full flow, top tetrahedron clockwise the bottom one anti-clockwise as your heart. As that love, that magic exuberates and flows 360 degrees in all directions you are super connected here and now.
Your pineal gland lets your left and right hemispheres communicate with each other flawlessly and fluidly and seamlessly. Time is an illusion. The real mystery lies in your heart, that deep labyrinth of infinite energy that flows into every cell, into every biofilter. You feel the love in your heart and the gratitude for life, that simple awareness, that now is all you have. Honour it and respect it and be it, and as you vibrate in this space you start to become aware of your physical body, the vibration in your bones, the tingling in your nerves, the frequency in every muscle.
We’re going to count from five back to zero. When we get to zero, open your eyes, come back into this space and just be. Take your time there’s no hurry. Five four three two one zero. Whenever you’re ready open your eyes, come back into this space and just be. Feel your body, feel your energy, feel the space. You are amazing, beautiful soul. Live in this moment, honour, and respect it. Go out into this world shine your powerful light, express your divinity, your masculine and your feminine, your truth, your wisdom, your love, you.
ONE LOVE. ONE HEART. ONE HUMAN FAMILY. PEACE OUT, BEAUTIFUL SOUL.
