Subscription transaction / payment issue
hi there, I’ve been subscribed for a few months now and loving it. super keen to get back in and access the meditation.
I’ve just got an issue with my last subscription payment, it has glitched when taking the payment.
It took a payment out of google play automatically or at some point I think, I usually try to online on the starmagic website.
it has glitched since it first was accepted and won’t move on to the next stage after pending. I have screenshots of how it looks on my app saying I need to pay to get access, but then when I go into pay again it says I’m already subscribed. I also have a screenshot of the bank payment/transaction leaving my account to the star magic subscription. quite a bit of money for me at the moment & I’m really keen to get access back as I’m really enjoying the content!
