Star Magic App

I signed up for the 7 day trial in the app and I keep getting error messages that say I’m unable to access some of the sections because they’re only available to Star Magic Infinity Members and then it prompts me to update/upgrade. When I click the prompt to upgrade, it tells me I’m already subscribed to the membership. Thanks in advance for your assistance.
