Hi Jerry I have decided to let you help me on my spiritual
path, I love the meditations and I am doing these daily
also light language. As I told you I am on a lot of medication, In the last month I have cut 1000mg of Gabapentin which is twice a day , I am coping with that,
this is for chronic nerve pain.
I have diabetes which I take Canagliflozin 100mg
and metformin 500gm twice a day
folic acid 400mg 1 daily, kliovance 1 daily for hormone replacement. Sertraline 50mg I have cut these down to 2
I was taking three these are for depression.
Amytriptyline 75mg at night I have cut these to 50mg
I these are for pain I think. Atorvastatin 20mg for cholesterol. as you can see I am trying to cut down.

stopped the wine, trying to eat healthy, I eat a lot of fruit
and veg. drink lots of water.
I am absolutely gutted that I can’t see anything, and everyone else can. I am doing the nerve 🧘‍♂️meditation, also do other meditations and play them while I sleep. I don’t know what else I can do to help myself. can you please help me Jerry 💖🕉🕉 love light and pure source energy xxx
