Membership

Hi this is Leona’s boyfriend and we have sent several emails regarding her membership and no one has responded with any answers. She really loves the meditation videos and was not happy when we had to cancel her membership. Upon looking at my credit card statement I noticed that the monthly fee had processed and she is not able to log in and listen to any of the videos. We had asked if there is going to be a refund issued or if you will allow her access to the videos for the month that was paid for. Also the person that emailed her asked what price would make it easier for us to afford, we said $20 USD and still no response. I purchased the £149 course and had thought about getting her the full course but the communication that we are getting is really giving me second thoughts.
