Meditations roll onto the next & I want them to stop

Hi Jerry,
Thank you all your wonderful work.
I just have a quere that I hope you can solve for me.
After I play a meditation I would like for it to end & there be silence so I can continue on my own path. But it always just rolls onto the next.
I have tried for ages to work out how to stop this from happening.
Can you help me pls?
