infinity challenges

Hey. When I go to infinity challenges and click on accept challenge, the mediations don’t correspond with what the challenge says to do. Should I be doing the challenge as it says or doing the mediations in order of what’s in the accept challenge page. I’m on day 5 of the 7 day challenge and not a clue now if I’ve done it right or not. Thanks
